Suppose somebody brought you their car after they installed an LS VTEC, and had a problem with water in the oil and vise versa...
While looking at the car, you notice that they have plumbed the VTEC oil feed line into the temp gauge sending unit hole with an AN fitting...
It never actually ran that way (cam timing was tits and it really had no compression) but looking at the cooling system, I'm sure they killed a couple of batteries, trying to start it...
Any ideas on how to get this funk out of the radiator and heater core?...

I was wondering if he ever brought it in or not. Do you think it is salvageable?

Yea, it's salvagable...
I got it running, and it's not gaining or losing oil...
The cooling system is a mess though...
I put a bunch of water soluable solvent in there from the injector shop, and I'll probably have to do that a few times...
But it should be salvageable...
He's lucky the cam timing was off...

Jim:
Damn near unbelievable huh...
I've changed the oil and filter (3) times so far, and that part is ok...
I've installed a cleaner in the cooling system (3) times also, but still have noticable traces of oil there (it's diminishing though)...
Now I get to whack off the trans mount from the frame, and lower it (the guy decided to install a 5spd LS combo in an automatic car)
Why didn't I just stay at the Dealership...
